🕒 HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
Please allow us 2-5 business days to process and ship your order. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

📦 WHY HAS MY PACKAGE NOT ARRIVED YET?
If your package has not arrived, please allow 3-7 business days from the date of shipment for it to be delivered. If the tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local carrier for assistance.

🔍 HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
You can check the tracking number on our website after you have placed your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.

📦 Ground Shipping

  • For items in stock, delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days, depending on the destination.

📦 Out of Stock Items

  • If an item is out of stock, it may take up to 2 weeks for delivery, as it will be shipped from Korea. In such cases, we will confirm the delivery timeline with you. If you do not wish to wait, you have the option to cancel your order.

📦 Partial Shipments

  • If your order contains both in-stock and out-of-stock items, we will contact you to confirm whether you prefer to receive the available items immediately and the out-of-stock items later, or if you would rather wait for a single shipment.
